I'm Erin Cash: I have previous law enforcement experience in child exploitation and sex offences investigations, crowd control, decades of experience in adult training and teaching children. I hold VET level qualifications in policy, teaching and assessment, public safety, investigations, fitness and coaching. This makes my qualifications and experience the most specialised this industry has to offer. I fill the gap between martial arts schools and inadequate communication and retreat training and policy. I use contemporary bio-mechanical personal safety techniques that any fitness level can utilise and apply the most up-to-date cognitive and emotional recognition techniques for de-escalation practices. Combined with my investigative, teaching and policy background my skills are unique to any work or school setting requiring resilience training coupled with supporting safe response policies.
Over 17 years ago I developed the RAVES system of personal protection and violence prevention and containment strategies for schools, workplaces and families. I continue to develop courses and resilience strategies to give people the necessary tools and support to live healthy, productive lives. I aim to reach as many families and workplaces as possible with the highest quality, value for money services and programs to teach, shape and empower families, workplaces, the elderly, people with disabilities, teens and children.
