Ticketing Policies
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
No refunds on tickets purchased directly from ELC Lifestyles Pty Ltd may be made, unless in the event that an event is cancelled or postponed. If an event, booking or session is cancelled or postponed, ELC Lifestyles Pty Ltd will, at the request of the purchase, issue a refund not exceeding the actual amount paid by the purchaser towards the ticket. Presenters, events and programs are subject to change. Tickets bought from a Third Party Seller are not the responsibility of ELC Lifestyles Pty Ltd and must be addressed solely with the Third Party Seller.
Tickets are transferable to other individuals, such as family and friends in the case that you cannot attend the event. In this case, please notify ELC Lifestyles Pty Ltd of the transfer, providing your name and the new attendee’s name.
In the case that an event, booking session is either cancelled or postponed, ELC Lifestyles Pty Ltd will make reasonable efforts to contact every patron who has directly purchased tickets from ELC Lifestyles Pty Ltd via email.
ELC Lifestyles Pty Ltd shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages resulted by any postponement or cancellation of an event. ELC Lifestyles Pty Ltd shall not be held responsible or liable for injuries, losses or damages incurred by patrons while attending these events. Any food or drink available at ELC Lifestyles Pty Ltd events is provided by independent service providers over which ELC Lifestyles Pty Ltd has no control, unless advised otherwise. ELC Lifestyles Pty Ltd is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulted from the services provided by independent service providers at the event, including, but not limited to any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the food and beverage provided by the independent service providers at the event. Further, ELC Lifestyles Pty Ltd shall not be responsible for nor does ELC Lifestyles Pty Ltd make any representations or warranties on behalf of any independent service providers at any event.
You and your guests’ consent to ELC Lifestyles Pty Ltd (and its licensees’) use of your image, likeness, actions and statements in connection with any live or recorded audio or video or photograph or other transmission or publication of any of the events to which you are purchasing tickets. Your attendance at events shall be deemed your consent to appear in such recordings without compensation of any kind.
ELC Lifestyles Pty Ltd reserves the right to remove or exclude from events, anyone, in its sole discretion, it deems necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, anyone who disrupts an event or anyone who fails to abide by ELC Lifestyles Pty Ltd rules and practices. Attendees are expected to act in a responsible manner at all events, including without limitation, in the drinking of alcohol.
ELC LIFESTYLES PTD Ltd OFFERS THE SITE TO YOU AND YOUR ATTENDANCE AT ANY OF OUR EVENTS CONDITIONED ON YOUR ACCEPTANCE WITHOUT MODIFICATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR (I) USE OF THE SITE OR (II) ATTENDANCE AT ANY EVENT AFTER PURCHASING TICKETS FROM A THIRD PARTY SELLER, CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY AND AN EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. THESE PROVISIONS FORM AN ESSENTIAL BASIS FOR YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND YOUR ATTENDANCE AT ANY EVENT.
